Colossians 3:16 NKJV

[16] Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.

I can't think of any professing believers who wouldn't want to hear the voice of God. Who wouldn't want God to tell them precisely what to do and when to do it? I know I would. It would be awesome to have some insight into what the future holds and what the best thing to do is.

Most of us may never hear His audible voice this side of Heaven, but that doesn't mean He's gone silent on us. We have the Bible to get into and study. If we spend time in His Word, His Word will also get into us, refine us, and correct us according to His will.
