Proverbs 28:4 NKJV

[4] Those who forsake the law praise the wicked, but such as keep the law contend with them.

I am not, by default, a rule follower. My sinful nature provides a constant negative pull on what I know to be good, right and holy. It is a daily struggle that have yet to find a proper solution. That doesn't mean that I get to give up. I am required to continue pushing forward.

That hardest part of sanctification is contending with the wickedness of the flesh. I do believe there is going to be a day when those struggles will cease. I do not believe it will be this side of Heaven. I have much of my race still to go. Whrm it is, I want to be met at the gates to hear:

Matthew 25:23 - His Lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your Lord.’
