[14] Where there is no counsel, the people fall; but in the multitude of counselors, there is safety.
I have a history of making bad decisions. I'm not proud of it, but I'm not going to lie about it. Some people look back and wish they could correct an error. I would love to correct about five years... give or take.
I know myself well enough to recognize I am not always the best judge of what to do. God knows me too, so He has blessed me with some incredible family members (blood and faith) whom I trust. When I feel I am out of my depths, I know I can reach out to any of them for wisdom, truth, and godly guidance. Faith-based mentorship is a must for sanctification.
