Proverbs 26:17 NKJV

[17] He who passes by and meddles in a quarrel not his own is like one who takes a dog by the ears.

I am a bit of an eavesdropper and a people watcher. I enjoy hearing tidbits of other people's conversations. I find it strangely amusing, but I also like to interact with others. Sometimes I catch myself drawn to interject. In those moments I have to remind myself to stay in my lane.

I believe God can use us in most any circumstance. We have experiences and knowledge that may qualify us to speak into a situation. Even so, what I have to offer may not be desired or received. I love the Lord and I love people, but my willingness to help can do more harm than good.

Ecclesiastes 5:2 - Do not be rash with your mouth, and let not your heart utter anything hastily before God. For God is in heaven, and you on earth; Therefore let your words be few.
