Proverbs 26:22-23 NKJV

[22] The words of a talebearer are like tasty trifles, and they go down into the inmost body. [23] Fervent lips with a wicked heart are like earthenware covered with silver dross.

When you buy or sell a house, it is important to get appraisal. An appraiser is trained to provide an accuse assessment of a property's value. You can't just take someone's word for it. If you do, you can be deceived and buy into believing in something that isn't worth the investment. Opinions will never be more important than truth.

Most of us have had experience with being unappreciated or undervalued. My self-worth used to be tied to what others thought about me. Instead of trusting in who God made me to be, I listened to everyone else (including the enemy). We are made for more than we can see. Our worth is more than we can comprehend because we were designed by the Creator of the universe.
