Colossians 3:15 NKJV

[15] And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful.

Driving through Atlanta twice today tested me on these points. Everything about this traffic induces anxiety and frustration. How can there be six or more lanes and ALL OF THEM at a standstill!? Where did all of these people come from? Where are they going?

The peace of God isn't derived from earthly circumstances. It comes from the internal presence of the Holy Spirit and, even amid chaos, is soothing to the soul. I don't have to like this traffic to be at peace with it and to be thankful for God's traveling mercies.
